Leadership and Management

IFAGE is managed by a board of directors composed of women and men who believe and are passionate about justice and equality for women and girls.

Our board of directors is the top decision-making body for the organization as stipulated in the constitution. IFAGE board of directors are nine members with a strong democratic structure, broad-based membership with gender balance, age dimension proportionality, disability and vulnerability in consideration with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.

The board of directors are elected after every three years and exercises ultimate authority in the management of the organization in line with its mission, vision, and core values.

The supreme decision-making organ of IFAGE is the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The board is the policy making organ, which aims to provide guidance, to supervise and to give direction to the organization.

However, IFAGE programs and activities are executed by staff/workers led by the executive director (CEO), together charged with formulation and implementation of project activities in line with its mission, vision, and core values.
